Matcha it to Me Baby
If there’s anything you learn from the University of Toronto — it’s how to get your caffeine fix without the jitters. Green tea, and matcha itself, was the solution for me and it still is! - 1 cup near boiling water
- 1.5 scoops Vital Proteins Original Matcha (I like it strong)
- 1/3 cup warmed coconut milk/beverage
- 1 tsp of honey or pure maple syrup (to tast)
- 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
Mix the powder into the hot water until smooth. Slowly add in the coconut milk, stir until smooth again. Pour into high speed blender with the rest of the ingredient list. Blend on lower speed to get frothy and beautiful. Pour into a mug and enjoy!
