Bullet Proof Coffee

Bullet Proof Coffees all around! This is my go to morning meal to get me through my workouts or on the weekends some work / errands before I have time to settle down with a larger meal. There are so many incredible benefits of making a bulletproof coffee --

1. Steady and lasting energy due to the fat from the MCT oil slows the absorption of caffeine and gives you even energy for hours instead of a spike and crash.

2. Suppresses your hunger and keeps you full until you can have a proper meal ( I never use bulletproof as a full meal but just a Tide over)

3. Mental clarity from MCT helps to wake up your brain in the morning especially when paired with a little caffeine.


The recipe:

  • 1 cup of fresh brewed coffee

  • 1 TBSP GNCCanada MCT Oil

  • 1 tsp coconut oil • 1 scoop of Collagen Peptides • sprinkle of cinnamon

    How to:

  • combine all ingredients and blend or froth with frother.

  • sprinkle with cinnamon
