Coconut Dark Chocolate Peppermint Patties

There is something so wintery about peppermint and chocolate! I love the combo and can’t get enough of it during the chilly months. I made my own version using coconut manna and dark chocolate as the bases, these bad boys are super simple, quick, and ultra satisfying … just try them for yourself and se



  • 1 bar dark chocolate

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

  • 1/2 cup coconut manna

  • 1 tbsp peppermint extract (high quality)

  • 2 tbsp pure maple syrup


  1. In double boiler melt down chocolate and coconut oil. Set aside.

  2. In mini cupcake tin, add 1 tbsp of chocolate mixture to each pot. Move to freezer to set for 20 minutes.

  3. Meanwhile, in double boiler, mix coconut manna, peppermint, and maple syrup. Mixing until smooth.

  4. Remove tray from freezer and add 1-2 tsp of coconut mixture to chocolate bases. Cover with remaining chocolate and move back to freezer to set for 30 minutes.

  5. Enjoy! Store in Freezer for up to 2 weeks in airtight container.
